What is it?

Discover and practise new sporting activities on a regular basis, in a group and in a good atmosphere: Football, Basketball, Badminton, Ultimate, Cycling, Hockey, Cricket...

UFOLEP adapts the practice according to your state of fitness and your level: you are welcome, whether you are sporty or not sporty.

The objective is to practice a sporting activity, to have fun, to share a moment of well-being and exchanges with other people.

This action has existed in all departments of the Centre-Val de Loire region since 2014.

You must contact the UFOLEP in your department to have the locations and dates of the sporting activities.
