What is it?
Discover and practise new sporting activities on a regular basis, in a group and in a good atmosphere: Football, Basketball, Badminton, Ultimate, Cycling, Hockey, Cricket...
The objective is to practice a sporting activity, to have fun, to share a moment of well-being and exchanges with other people.
This action has existed in all departments of the Centre-Val de Loire region since 2014.
Why is it interesting?
