Discover the history of migrations in the Centre-Val de Loire region

What is it?

Mémoires Plurielles is presenting two exhibitions, "Historical panorama of migration" and "Migrating as a woman", for your groups of new arrivals who have signed the Contrat d'Intégration Républicaine (CIR). The guided tour is led by the association.

Why is it interesting?

Mémoires Plurielles intervenes directly in your premises.

Through these two exhibitions, the newly arrived public discovers the contribution of immigrant populations to the history of the country, so that they themselves can be part of the extension of this long history and show them that their trajectory is that of many people before them.

Throughout the visit, the public discovers important moments in history concerning immigration. It also highlights the contributions of immigration to our current society.

At the end of the visit, we will talk to the participants about their own migratory history, and get them to talk about a theme chosen during the visit.
