What is it?
These are group workshops on:
- health (French healthcare system, sleep, emotional and sexual life)
- and life in France (values of the Republic, living together, etc.).
Why is it interesting?

- Be able to make a medical appointment yourself,
- Know the emergency numbers...
- Exchange and get advice on your daily health,
- Know your rights,
- Discover places/people to go to...
- Know your rights and duties,
- Discuss life in France,
- Have ideas/advice for getting involved or discovering new activities...
How to do it?
The workshops take place at the Cada de France terre d'Asile in Rouen and is based on a monthly program.
They are collective, free and we can translate into English if necessary.
