It is an intensive, full-time, 5-week course (Monday to Friday) to build your personal and professional project and learn about your rights.

This program is open to recipients of RSA (Revenu de solidarité active) and to all people who have professional and/or social difficulties.

Why is it interesting?

Group sessions are organized to understand how social action structures, access to rights, and support towards employment function:

  • Discovering social assistance structures and access to rights: CAF (Family Allowance Fund), CCAS (Municipal Social Action Center), CPAM (Primary Health Insurance Fund), law and justice centers...
  • Discovering support structures for employment: France Travail, Mission locales, training organizations, integration companies…

Have individual support with a professional integration advisor for (once a week):

  • Build your professional project
  • Create a CV / do research and interview simulations
  • Strengthen your basic knowledge
  • Be referred to a partner to take French lessons...

You don't have to pay anything.

How to do it?

The Pleyades association is open on Mondays from 1:30 pm to 5 pm, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5 pm. On Fridays from 9 am to 12 pm.
A social worker will be able to give you more information about the training.
