Would you like to join a team, a sports club or discover new sporting activities?
The ASPTT Rouen offers around thirty sporting activities open to all, with prices to suit everyone.
Why is it interesting?
We offer around thirty disciplines:
Athletics, basketball, badminton, fitness, judo, wrestling, football/soccer, volleyball, yoga, pilates, tai-chi, sophrology, multi-sports, weight room, kung fu, self-defense...
Sport is a way to meet new people who come from different backgrounds to:
- Exchange and learn from each other
- Share a friendly moment and exercise.
All our coaches are qualified and used to working with all types of audiences.

You can discover all our activities on our site and contact us to book a trial session.
- Fill out the registration form
- Ask your doctor for a medical certificate stating that you are "not contraindicated in the practice of (name of the sport concerned)".
- Bring back the file and pay the fees.
