the nomadic factory supports refugee and migrant artisans and tailors with professional experience in their country of origin who wish to continue their profession in France.
the objective of our integration project is to promote the skills development of artisans in order to develop their employability.

An integration project open to tailors, embroiderers and jewelers with:

• Technical training, with a manufacturing and production situation;
• French lessons with the vocabulary of these professions;
• Individual and collective support from an employment trainer and a social worker;
• A discovery of the economic sector;
• The development of the professional network through workshop visits and meetings with companies.

To register, you must:
- have professional experience and skills in jewelry, embroidery or sewing acquired in your country of origin
- have a professional project related to these professions
- have a work and residence permit in France
- live in Île-de-France
- be registered with Pôle Emploi.

The objective is to promote and adapt your skills to French companies to continue your profession in France and find work in the craft sector.
