Where is it?
Train and work in the construction industry
What is it?
A professional integration pathway to support beneficiaries of international protection with training in the building and public works sector.
Goals:
- Build a professional future in the construction trades
- Discover new learning methods
- Acquire the necessary skills for professional integration
- Access the building trades (bricklayer / painter / plumber / tiler / welder) by signing an apprenticeship contract and public works (formworker / waterproofing technician / track layer, etc.).
We offer systems adapted to the person's project and their situation: professional title, POEC (operational preparation for collective employment), CAP (certificate of professional aptitude)...
To participate in this program , you must:
- be a beneficiary of international protection
- have an A2 level in French
- have signed the Republican Integration Contract (CIR)
- be a beneficiary of RSA OR be a job seeker and be registered with Pôle emploi
- “preferably” be recommended and followed by a social referent.
Why is it interesting?
A French test is carried out before you enter training.
You can take FLE (French as a foreign language) courses to:
- learn professional vocabulary
- be able to communicate in a work situation (compliance with instructions, health and safety rules, polite expressions, etc.).
- Learn the values of the Republic and French culture (secularism, citizenship)
- Know the administrative and legislative environment.
- Know how to create a CV and write a cover letter
- Take professional photos and videos
- Introductory and advanced digital skills: creating a mailbox, finding training courses, taking steps online, etc.
- Develop your knowledge of the company: learning social codes, health and safety rules, etc.
- Know how to adapt your behaviour at work: polite expressions, rights and rules of life to respect
- Visit construction/public works companies and on-site simulations.
We give you advice on how to adapt your posture (attitude, technical and emergency gestures, etc.) and have the right attitude in a professional environment.
- Define your plans for the future, with support on motivation, overcoming obstacles, personality, etc.
- Guidance and follow-up on enrolment towards the most appropriate scheme.
