What is it?
As part of the pre-training for exiled people, learners benefit from support enabling them to access employment in the microelectronics industry sector.
This course begins with a 15-week pre-training action developed by Weavers and 3 weeks of in-company internship. It continues with a 6-month full-time fixed-term contract.
- 5 days of training per week: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., with 1⁄2 day free per week.
Goals:
- Strengthen your level of oral and written French,
- Know yourself better to develop your human skills and find your way,
- Develop your power to act,
- Develop your employability and strengthen your autonomy in daily and professional life,
- Understanding the world of the microelectronics industry
- Be autonomous in the use of digital technology.

❖ Have an estimated French level of A1 (oral and written),
❖ Be available 5 days and 30 hours per week,
❖ No minimum education level required,
❖ Have a valid residence permit (or receipt) authorizing the
work.

After the 15 weeks of Weavers pre-training and 3 weeks of in-company internship, recruitment is possible on a 6-month full-time fixed-term contract.
The pre-training program aims to strengthen the employability of exiled people, through French as a Foreign Language courses, professional French to discover the technical aspects of jobs in the microelectronics industry, an introduction to digital , strengthening transversal skills (soft skills) and employability, with a view to taking up a job in a sector in tension.
