The "Clair-Joie" residence is a home for young workers, with furnished accommodation for rent to those who are starting their professional life.

Accommodation is provided only for:
- people who can prove an income (apprentices, employees, students, trainees, etc.)
- people between 18 and 30 years old.

Why is it interesting?

Depending on your financial situation, you may be entitled to Personalized Housing Assistance (APL) paid by the Family Allowance Fund (CAF), to help you pay the rent.

  • Furnished studio with bathroom, kitchen area and bedroom area
  • Bed linen provided + laundry every 15 days

  • Help and advice for your administrative procedures
  • Directed towards existing structures: CAF, health insurance, etc.
  • Ability to use digital tools.
