GEIQs (employer groups for integration and qualification) are associations that help people enter the world of work and sign a long-term contract.

GEIQ 41 operates throughout the Loir-et-Cher department in several sectors of activity: industry, construction, services, etc.

The professional project of each candidate is built according to the skills and positions available in the companies.

Why is it interesting?

The GEIQ can help you find the training adapted to your situation, then sign an employment contract according to the needs of the company (work-study, apprenticeship, etc.).

Then you will be independent to sign a long-term contract in a company.

Depending on the job, you can join a group for training.

At the same time, you will be individually monitored by a professional tutor in the company.

You can get help with your procedures: for example requesting a vital card, renewing your residence permit, etc.
