A phone number for emergency medical help.

A communication is also possible through WhatsApp, Viber, Signal, Telegram in all languages.

The telephone number is different in each department (see below).

You can ask :

In the medical team, there are several nurses, doctors, first aiders, specialists such as gynecologists, midwives, cardiologists, psychologists...

Please note that this number does not replace the State emergency services (fire brigade, SAMU, etc.).

Why is it interesting?

If you have a medical emergency or a question, you can call at any time of the day or night.

The team is fluent in both English and German.

If necessary, a translator in Arabic or Kurdish can be present to assist you.

If you live in the departments 54 (Meurthe-et-Moselle), 55 (Meuse), 57 (Moselle)

If you are in one of the Grande-Synthe or Calais camps
