What is it?

Training to learn French on several subjects:

  • reading and writing
  • professional French
  • French culture and customs
  • French to use a computer...

Each training is free and offers approximately 10 to 15 hours per week for 3 to 6 months.

The training centers are in Paris (75) or Ivry-sur-Seine (94).

Depending on your level, your project and your address, the most suitable course will be offered

Why is it interesting?

Several 6-month training courses (15 hours per week) to prepare for finding a job or following professional training, with:

- French lessons (in groups + individual support)
- digital workshops (computer, smartphone)
- workshops on job search techniques
- sports and theater
- social monitoring.

Several 6-month training courses (15 hours per week) to learn to read and write and then facilitate the search for a job or registration for professional training.

The programme includes:
- French lessons (in groups + individual lessons) to understand work messages and documents and to communicate in professional situations
- courses to understand business codes
- workshops on job search techniques
- social monitoring and assistance with administrative procedures.

Important

These trainings are intended for beneficiaries of international protection who have an A1 level orally and who cannot read and write.

Several 5-month training courses (between 10 and 12 hours per week) to learn French and better understand French habits, with:

- French lessons (in groups + individual support)
- intercultural workshops
- social monitoring and employment support.

Important

One of these courses is open to asylum seekers.

A 3-month training to improve your French using a computer and a smartphone and to become independent on the administrative actions, with:

- French lessons (in groups + individual support)
- digital workshops
- workshops to understand the role of cultural establishments and administrations (CAF, pôle emploi, media libraries, libraries...).

Before starting a course, you have to take a test (written and oral) with a French teacher and have an interview with a professional.
