The Refugee Reception Service:

  • helps to find an individual accommodation and to stay there
  • directs towards public administrations and services
  • promotes social and professional integration, with activities and the search for work or training.
This support is offered to beneficiaries of international protection (refugees, beneficiaries of subsidiary and temporary protection, stateless persons) from 18 to 35, housed in social residences, hostels, etc. in Dijon and in the Dijon agglomeration.

Why is it interesting?

You can be accompanied in your administrative procedures or be helped for housing, health, family...

The Refugee Reception Service can help you recognize your diplomas and develop your skills: French lessons, search for training, etc.

You can be put in contact with local companies to facilitate your professional integration.

Several activities are organized about citizenship, culture, leisure and sport.

You can be listened to and taken care of by professionals specialised in mental health.

How to do it?

You must contact a social worker (town hall, municipal center for social action, family allowance fund - CAF, primary health insurance fund - CPAM, etc.) who will carefully analyze your situation.

If you meet the conditions, the social worker will fill in an evaluation form with you for the IROS (Integrated Reception and Orientation Service) Côte-d'Or.

You can then be brought into contact with the Refugee Reception Service service.
