Support to help women get out of situations of violence and overcome their trauma.

Femmes Entraide et Autonomie (Paris) and the CACIS/Maison d'Ella (Bordeaux) offer refugee and newcomer women the opportunity to meet female professionals for:

individual support (social workers, psychologists, doctors, various therapists, etc.),
collective workshops (well-being, self-esteem, art therapy, etc.).

Good to know: This support is aimed primarily at newcomers.

Why is it interesting?

The counselors give you advice and support you in your steps.

Individual and/or group support is offered according to your needs. This can be psychological support, art therapy or wellness workshops, or other types of workshops.

This support will help you build your life in France.
