Learn the formworker trade and find a job

Updated on il y a 10 mois

What is it?

A one-year training in the construction sector, to learn the profession of formworker. The formworker builds concrete walls on construction sites, it is a position sought by companies.

The training is organized in several stages:

  • 1st part: learn the basics (2.5 months full-time, without pay)

With a group of 10 to 12 people, French, mathematics and IT lessons, presentations and company visits, cultural activities, individual follow-up.

Good to know: The address of the training can change depending on the activities, but in general the courses take place in the 10th and 11th arrondissements of Paris.

  • 2nd part: preparing for employment (6 to 8 months full-time, with salary)

Signing of an "employee training contract" with Humando, a temporary integration agency, to continue to learn the trade and work on a construction site at the same time.

  • Part 3: find a job

Personalized assistance to enter the world of work and sign a contract (professionalization contract, interim or direct employment).

Why is it interesting?

The position of formworker is essential on construction sites and there are many job opportunities.

Thanks to the courses and the work in the company during the training, you are ready to work and you are sure to sign a contract at the end.

The training helps to better speak and understand French for everyday life and for work (building vocabulary), also to better use mathematics and computer.

How to do it?
