The EMILE program offers support to build a life project in another region of France (Ain, Allier, Cantal, Cher, Indre, Lozère, Maine-et-Loire and Seine-Maritime) where it is possible to find work and accommodation more easily.
Professionals help you organize the project and departure, then arrival and installation in the new region.
The program is open to people:
- volunteers
- major
- in a precarious housing situation
- with a minimum A2 level of French
- with a valid residence permit and documents to apply for social housing
- alone, as a couple, or as a family with children.

The main criterion is the motivation to move, and to work or train in a sector that is recruiting.
