What is it?

A free 100-hour training that enables you to reach level B1 of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) in spoken and written form. The objective is to be able to express yourself easily and to be independent in your civic and professional life.

Good to know: Please note that you must have signed your Republican Integration Contract to take this course (you will be asked for the number when you register).

Why is it interesting?

Learn French for free

Thanks to this training, you will be able to validate a B1 level of the CEFR.

Learn to speak French fluently

With this training, you will learn to communicate in a regular and appropriate way.

Understand the way French society works and the principles of the Republic

This training will enable you to have enough autonomy in your administrative procedures.

Validate the language level for the naturalization application

This training is suitable for people who wish to apply for French naturalization. When you have reached language level B1 at the end of the training, you are offered to register for a TEF IRN evaluation test (French Evaluation Test, Integration, Residence, Nationality) in order to obtain a certification of your level of French.

Good to know: At the request of the learner within 6 months after the end of the language training, and if the Republican Integration Contract (CIR) was signed less than 2 years ago, the certification will be paid for by the OFII.
