Cultivate a shared garden
with With : Centre Social CAPS (CAPS social center)
What is it?
The CAPS social center has created a shared garden in the Philéas-Lebesgues district in Amiens. Once a week, the team of volunteers gather to take care of the garden.
The garden is always accessible to residents all week long for watering, weeding, bringing green waste for composting, or enjoying the coolness of a garden in the heart of the city.
The products of the garden are harvestable by all when they are ripe.
Good to know: Every two weeks, on Thursday, baskets of vegetables from the Ferme des Hortillonnages (the floating gardens of Amiens) are sold at the social center for €10 (also fresh eggs, honey, fruit juice... )
