What is it?
It is individual and collective support lasting a minimum of 6 months to help refugees find employment or training.
Good to know: This program is called FAIR (Training and Support for the Professional Integration of Refugees).
Why is it interesting?
- Coaching from a sponsor who accompanies you for at least 6 months
- Participation in workshops (example: on self-confidence and self-image)
- Assessment and construction of the professional project
Visit some learning and training centers
- Company visits, discovery of the diversity of professions
- Immersion period for a professional situation
You will be able to meet recruiters from the region
Learn about eco-gestures and visit an educational apartment
