It is individual and collective support of at least 6 months to help refugees find employment or training.

This program is called FAIR (Training and Support for the Professional Integration of Refugees).

Why is it interesting?

Support from a sponsor for at least 6 months
Participation in workshops: confidence and self-esteem...
Assessment and construction of the professional project.

Visits to learning and training centers.

Company visits and discovery of professions
Immersion period for a professional situation.

You can meet recruiters in the region.

Learning responsible actions for the environment
Visit an educational apartment (accommodation designed to teach you how to live independently).
