What is it?

The Clermont-Ferrand Municipal Social Action Center (CCAS) offers social support to isolated people, without dependent children and not retired.

You can come to the social reception if you have any questions concerning your administrative procedures. You can also make an appointment with a social worker.

Why is it interesting?

A social centre to find answers to your questions

Reception agents are available during the opening hours of the CCAS to welcome you and answer your questions and / or assist you in carrying out certain administrative procedures.

Good to know: Take with you an identity document and proof of residence.

Social support

You can be accompanied by social worker who receives by appointment.

Good to know: An appointment can be made directly at the reception of the CCAS.

Come meet us at our place of reception!

Come to our social centre at 18 rue Maréchal de Lattre et de la 1ere armée in Clermont-Ferrand

Good to know: Monday to Tuesday between 8:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m. / 1:00 p.m.-4:45 p.m.

A social worker will contact you by phone to arrange an appointment.
