The Clermont-Ferrand Municipal Social Action Center (CCAS) offers social support to isolated people, without dependent children and not retired.

You can come to the social reception if you have any questions concerning your administrative procedures. You can also make an appointment with a social worker.

Why is it interesting?

Receptionists are available during CCAS opening hours to welcome you and answer your questions and/or assist you with certain administrative procedures.

Take with you an identity document and proof of address.

You can be accompanied by social worker who receives by appointment.

Good to know: An appointment can be made directly at the reception of the CCAS.

How to do it?

Come to our social reception at 18 rue Maréchal de Lattre et de la 1ère armée in Clermont-Ferrand.

Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.

A social worker will contact you by telephone and give you an appointment.
