Important:
This scheme is called SAM INSPIR (= Mental Health and Professional Integration for Refugees).
Why is it interesting?
A specialized psychologist uses the EMDR method (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), recognized and recommended by the WHO and the HAS. It is a short therapy that uses eye movements and is suitable for the treatment of trauma.
In addition or as an alternative, you can benefit from art therapy sessions, which allow you to listen to yourself and your emotions, and to express your suffering in ways other than through words.
EMDR support: possibility to use an interpreter.
EMDR makes it possible to better sort and store trauma-related memories.
Art therapy allows us to gain a degree of mastery and regain our place as subjects.
These short therapies help you to calm down and feel good about your personal and professional projects.
