with with "The LEVIER" project
What is it?
The "LEVIER project" offers a mentoring program to support refugees in their search for employment or training in Île-de-France.
For at least 4 months , you can accompany a refugee:
- In the construction of their professional project
- In their search for a job or training
- Helping them to improve their level of French
- Helping them to better understand the codes of business in France
- By giving them advice on their professional posture (CV, cover letter, etc.)
- Remotivating them and restoring their confidence

Why is it interesting?
A rewarding encounter
You will take part in a human experience, exchanging experiences and knowledge with a person with a culture different from yours.
Remove certain obstacles to the professional integration of refugees
Your participation in "LEVIER" mentoring will enable your mentee to overcome certain obstacles, for example, by learning French, developing self-esteem, or discovering the professional world in France.
