What is it?
Online training to learn how to use a computer and progress in professional life.
Skills covered in this training:
- Use basic computer functions
- Efficiently browse and research the internet
- Create content on various common software (word processing)
- Communicate and collaborate using online tools, send emails
- Securing your digital work environment, protecting your privacy on the internet
- Solve a simple technical problem independently.
At the end of the training and validation of your skills by a jury organized by OpenClassrooms, you can obtain the “Passeport Numérique” certificate.

During the training, you willl work on useful projects in the professional world:

In front of the computer, without any travel, you can learn new skills and evolve professionally.
4 months full-time (30 hours per week, total of 500 hours), a platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with individual support from a mentor (professional tutor) throughout your training.
The training is 100% funded within the framework of the “Open remotely training - 100% online solutions” from Pôle emploi, for people registered as job seekers, with no age limit.
The training is accessible all year round and throughout France.
This training is open to all, it does not require to have a diploma.
But there are conditions to apply:
- be registered with Pôle Emploi
- have access to a computer and a good internet connection
- if your mother tongue is not French, it is advisable you have a B1 - B2 level to understand everything and follow the training
- have taken the Pix test prior to the course and obtained level 1 for the first skill in each of the 5 areas and a score of at least 50% on the 5 skill areas tested.
