What is it?
The Kodiko association helps refugees (statutory refugees, subsidiary protection, stateless persons) to find work or training.
A 6-month support to learn the professional codes in France and to:
• Learn to effectively look for a job,
• Master the job search tools and become independent,
• Meet professionals and develop your network,
• Train for recruitment interviews,
• Rebuild self-confidence,
• Strengthen your professional French...
Good to know: You must at least have an A2 level in French to participate in the program.

Why is it interesting?
Workshops once a week
Workshops are held every week to understand the labor market and prepare: resume, cover letter, job interview, etc.
Individual support
Each participant is coached by an employee who works in a company partnering with the association. This employee will help the participant find a professional opportunity that suits him.
French and computer courses
French and computer courses are offered for those who need them.
Good results at the end of the support program
