A 6-month program to discover professional norms in France and to:

• Learn how to find a job or training

• Master job search tools and become self-reliant

• Meet professionals and expand your network

• Practice for job interviews

• Regain self-confidence

• Improve your written and spoken French skills.

You must have at least an A2 level of French to participate in the program.

Why is it interesting?

Weekly workshops to understand the job market and prepare: CV, cover letter, job interview...

Each participant is accompanied by an employee who works in a company that partners with the association.
The employee helps the participant find a job that matches their project.

French and computer courses are offered for those who need them.

At the end of the Kodiko program, 68% of the people supported find a solution adapted to their situation.
