Where is it?
Follow a culinary training course and get a diploma
A training qualifying to learn the profession of kitchen assistant with:
- professional French courses
- cooking classes,
- internships in companies and support for job searches.
At the end of the training, you can obtain the professional qualification of kitchen assistant to work in collective catering companies such as schools, healthcare establishments, businesses, etc.
Why is it interesting?
Through training and 6-week internships in companies, you will discover the catering sector and learn the profession of kitchen assistant.
You can then work in restaurants: businesses, schools, retirement homes, hospitals...
Many jobs are available in this sector and you are supported until you sign a permanent contract, fixed-term contract, work-study contract or professional training contract.
At the end of the course, you will sit an exam for the Catering Agent Professional Qualification Certificate, which is recognised by the government and catering companies.
The course enables you to improve your French and learn technical vocabulary.
You take part in workshops on sustainable food, digital technology and French cuisine.
During the course, you take an exam to obtain a language proficiency diploma (DCL).
