The PoPS offers healthcare support to people with difficulty accessing healthcare.

i Good to know : - The service does not provide technical care
- You must be guided by a partner structure (accommodation center, social service, etc.)

Why is it interesting?

A nurse can accompany you to medical appointments to help you in your relationship with health professionals.

An interpreter can be present by telephone to help you understand and make you understood by the healthcare professional.

You will have an explanation of the French health system, to better identify you in your care path.

You will be helped in your administrative procedures related to your care.

How to do it?

The person accompanying you can reach the PoPS at 04.76.89.31.42

Health support is only put in place if you express the need for it. You are the actor in the process.

The goal is to make you independent in your care journey.
