Why is it interesting?

You can be accompanied during consultations if you need it

A nurse can accompany you to medical appointments to help you in your relationship with health professionals.

An interpreter may be requested during consultations

An interpreter can be present by telephone to help you understand and make you understood by the healthcare professional.

You will be guided through the health system

You will have an explanation of the French health system, to better identify you in your care path.

You will be supported in your administrative procedures

You will be helped in your administrative procedures related to your care.

Health support is offered by a partner structure responsible for support

Health support is only offered if you agree

Health support is only put in place if you express the need for it. You are the actor in the process.

The goal is to make you independent in your care journey.
