What is it?

The aim of this scheme is to introduce refugees to agricultural jobs, particularly those of market gardener and landscaper.

This scheme, called DEMAR ( Approach to Employment through Agricultural Trades for Refugees), is offered by the IMPRODETT association in the New Solidarity Gardens located in Moirans.

The participants are supervised in the tasks of organic market gardening by professional market gardeners and for the production of plants and shrubs by nursery technicians.

Good to know: To be registered, you must have signed the CIR and completed the civic and linguistic training. In addition, you must be registered with Pôle Emploi.

Why is it interesting?

Thanks to this device, you will be able to learn agricultural trades (market gardener and landscaper). These are sectors of activity where there is employment.

The work teams are made up of French people and other refugees.

By working 26 hours per week (for 7 months), you will be paid at the minimum wage.
