Do a civic service in Marseille

Coop'R is a civic service program organised by the Unis-Cité association.

It's an 8-month commitment with missions in various fields to make friends and integrate into French society.

The program starts in October and ends in June, but there are missions available all year round.

The volunteers are working:

  • on a project with isolated elderly people (2 days a week)
  • on actions for people in precarious situations (2 days a week).

Unis Cité also offers support with civic and citizenship training and meetings with professionals .

To participate in this program, you must be between 18 and 25 years old, or 30 years old for people with disabilities.

Why is it interesting?

This civic service can allow you to improve your level of French while having fun.

With the civic service status, you will be able to receive an allowance of 619 euros per month.

You will be doing your civic service in a team of 20 young French people and refugees. It's an opportunity to meet other people your age.

You will be able to undertake useful missions in various fields and learn new things.

Civic service will allow you to prepare for your future and will help you build your career plan.
