What is it?
HOPE (Accommodation Orientation Pathways to Employment) is a program for the employment and autonomy of refugees. This course is made up of 2 parts:
- POEC FLE training : professional language preparation for construction / Services / Industry trades (400 hours, including 300 hours in a center)
- The objective of POEC FLE is to allow trainees to prepare for the qualifying training corresponding to the trades selected by the companies.
- Passage of the Professional Language Proficiency Diploma at the end of the POEC.
- Professional training: Professional contract or CDPI (450 hours in the center).
This device also includes:
- Administrative and social support to resolve personal problems (health, mobility)
- Support towards integration and integration ("living together" ...)

Be paid for the time of the training
During the months of the training French, the participant receives €310 and 400.
During the internship period, the participant receives approximately € 1,100.
