Where is it?
Working in the personal services sector
What is it?
A 9-month paid training course with two objectives:
- Learning French (3 months of language training),
- Learning a trade: gestures, techniques, rules, posture, trade codes (6 months of professionalisation contract in a company).
This LIFHE (Integration of Women and Men through Employment) training course is open to refugees, beneficiaries of subsidiary protection and stateless people who live in the Isère department and who have had prior contact with the service industry.
Good to know: other sectors of activity are under review, including construction, catering and industry.
Why is it interesting?
The first 3 months of the training are dedicated to learning French.
60 to 70 hours of immersion in an association for home help prior to a professionalisation contract with the OPCO Uniformation / ADPA / Cassiopée
Support to build your professional project and find a life project.
Accommodation is possible, though not systematic, in a group at AFPA (free of charge, with meals included for the duration of the training, and then an allowance of 150€ per month during the contract).
PLEASE NOTE: there is no possibility of accommodation for families
