What is it?

The COALLIA Association offers residences in Semur-en-Auxois and Montbard which consist of temporary furnished accommodation (T1, T2, T3, T4, T5) intended for families or single people with limited income or who have difficulty finding accommodation in the traditional housing stock.

Why is it interesting?

The residence offers furnished accommodation without crockery or television accessible to people with reduced mobility and with lift.

The residence does not have a Wifi connection.

Each accommodation is equipped with a table and chairs, a bathroom with shower, sink and storage, a kitchen area and a bedroom area (bed, bedside table, cupboards, wardrobe).

Bed linen is provided and laundry is provided every 15 days.
