What is it?
This scheme facilitates access to short-term employment, often the gateway to lasting social and professional integration. Participants in the STEP's scheme are accompanied to do 40 to 60 hours of work in the Ateliers et Chantiers d'Insertion. Participants are paid quickly, in cash.
- Scheme for refugees, beneficiaries of international protection and stateless persons only.
- Must have an administrative document authorising them to work in France.
Why is it interesting?
First, several sessions of 4 hours of work weekly, then days of 7 hours.
The participant may come to the Relais Ozanam reception desk at any time to collect his or her pay thanks to his or her timesheet.
2 assessments are carried out, halfway and at the end of the course, to help participants to be advised and oriented towards a job or a more sustainable training.
