Building a life project
What is it?
Individual support (with 2 interviews) as well as collective support (with 3-day workshops) designed specifically for female foreign newcomers.
The aim is to enable women to build a sustainable social and/or professional project based on the experience they may have had abroad while, at the same time, understanding better the social, legal and economic environment in France.
Why is it interesting?
These collective workshops will help you recognise your skills in order to promote them in your job search.
During these workshops, you will:
- Define and broaden your professional choices, by preparing for your return to work
- Rethink your organisation by reflecting on the constraints related to personal and professional life
These workshops wull allow you to:
- Learn about the principle of gender equity, professional equity and discrimination
- Find information on employment and professional integration in your area
