Meet the defender of rights
with CDAD 21
What is it?
After learning about your situation, the delegates will inform you about your rights, help you with your procedures, and if necessary, redirect you to a structure that can better help you. The delegates can, for example, contact the services of an administration and propose a settlement. They can also initiate proceedings.
The Defender's delegates can help you if:
- you have difficulties in your relations with the public services;
- the rights of a child are not respected;
- you are victim of discrimination.
