Where is it?
Meet a justice conciliator
What is it?
The mission of the justice conciliator is to facilitate dialogue and the search for an agreement between people who are in disagreement. For example, when:
- conflicts between individuals such as neighborhood problems, disagreements between a tenant and an owner, etc.
- difficulties with professionals (shopkeepers, artisans, etc.).
With the CDAD ( Departmental Council for Access to Law), you can meet with a legal conciliator free of charge at meetings in Dijon and in the region.
Why is it interesting?
Access to law concerns all people, with or without a home, young or old.
The legal access points are open to the public free of charge.
Places of access to law are accessible throughout the Côte-d'Or department (see interactive map at the bottom of the page).
Everything you can say during a consultation will be kept confidential (secret).
