What is it?
Pré Vert is an integration project that help people to get back to social and professional life with an organic market gardening activity.
Pré Vert supports around fifty men and women from the Dijon metropolitan area every year.
Please note: The Worksite has an authorization to hire people under a fixed-term employment contract (CDDI).
CDDI are 4 months renewable up to two years (maximum regulatory period) for an hourly volume ranging from 26h to 35h per week.

The purpose of the project is to allow people encountering socio-professional difficulties and particular obstacles to access to employment to integrate or re-integrate professionally while benefiting from appropriate support, and while exercising a salaried activity.
A professional integration adviser provides individual and collective support aimed at the short, medium or long term the return to ordinary employment of employees.
Professionalize in the field of vegetable gardening
Accompanied by two technical vegetable gardening supervisors (one crop manager and the other specialized educator), the reintegration employees participate in all the tasks related to vegetable production (sowing, planting, harvesting and maintaining crops), its packaging, its delivery and sale.
Along with vegetable gardening help positions, the integration worksite also offers order picker and delivery driver positions.
