What is it?
The Gren Association employs men and women on permanent contracts to work in integration projects.
The CDDI contract is a fixed-term, part-time contract, renewable for a maximum of 2 years.
Work integration projects are offered in three areas: green spaces, masonry and market gardening.
Good to know: Recruitment is carried out throughout the year.

Why is it interesting?
Appropriate support and compensation
The purpose of the workcamp is to enable people who have socio-professional difficulties to integrate or reintegrate professionally. To do so, you will have appropriate support, while exercising a paid activity.
Access trades that hire staff
The Gren association promotes three areas of integration:
- Maintenance of green spaces,
- Stone masonry, building renovation,
- Organic market gardening (especially for women).
