Follow a cooking training and open a business in Bordeau

A 4-month training course for women with:

  • courses to learn new professional skills
  • thematic workshops on the cooking and gastronomy sector
  • tips for starting and running a business
  • support on motivation, personality
  • a one-month internship in a culinary company to gain experience.

The goal is to enter professional life and showcase the recipes of your home country

Why is it interesting?

  • Build and secure your professional project
  • Get advice regarding your situation.

You can learn the fundamentals of cooking with a chef trainer.

  • Define and validate a need (for example: eat quickly and healthily, etc.)
  • Identify an offer
  • Working on your business model
  • Talk about your project and make yourself known.

Throughout the training, "godmothers" who already have experience in catering are there to advise you and support you in your business creation project: caterer, small catering, food truck (restaurant truck).

You will be able to exchange and share your experiences with 12 participants.
