With Duos de demain (Duos of Tomorrow)

With our program, you will meet a French person with whom you will form a "duo". Each duo meets at least once a month for a minimum of six months, for a coffee, a walk, a cultural outing, or to take part in a collective activity with other duos.

With your duo, you will therefore be able to improve your level of French, do new activities and better discover your city and region.

Why is it interesting?

Chat and exchange in French with someone available to help you improve.

You can meet the friends and family of your sponsor and become friends with them.

You share convivial moments with citizens and discover the lifestyles and cultural codes in France, the history of France and its republican values.

You can teach your sponsor the history, culture, cuisine and language of your own country.

You can take tours of the city, visit museums, cultural or sports centres and leisure spaces that are accessible near you.

Playing sports, learning to cook new dishes, going to a concert, to the theatre or to the cinema, discovering new interests.

How to do it?

Do not hesitate to ask your social worker for help if necessary.

Depending on your availability and your interests, we will suggest that you meet a sponsor over a cup of coffee to get to know each other and start the sponsorship.

You and your sponsor can decide together what you want to do during this sponsorship, as well as the meeting times and frequency (at least one meeting per month).
