To practice this profession, you must have an accreditation issued by the services of your department.

The AESH (teaching assistant for students with disabilities) works with students with disabilities throughout their schooling. They can help one or more students participate in school activities and become more independent.

To become an AESH, you must meet one of the recruitment requirements, including:

• hold a professional diploma in the field of personal assistance;
