A French training course (151 hours) from beginner level exclusive to women for:
- progressing quickly
- becoming independent in daily life
- learning how to carry out administrative procedures
- discovering computer science.

The training takes place from 8:45 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. and from 1:45 p.m. to 4:15 p.m., except during school holidays.
To participate, you must:
- be at A1 level or below, or A2 level, orally and in writing
- be beneficiary of international protection: refugee, subsidiary protection, stateless person
- or have been in France for less than 5 years with a residence permit
- have signed the CIR (republican integration contract) at the OFII
- live in the Haut Bugey Agglomeration community of communes or in a priority neighborhood.

Why is it interesting?

  • Better understand and communicate orally and in writing
  • Strengthen basic knowledge (reading, writing)
  • Know basic and specialized vocabulary (health, human body, work, etc.).

  • Learning how to complete administrative procedures: making a doctor’s appointment, etc.
  • Understanding how French society works
  • Building a future project and meet professionals in the sector.

  • Learn how to use a computer or smartphone: sending an email, creating a resume, etc.
  • Carry out administrative procedures online: registering with the CAF, France Travail, etc.

How to do it?

To participate in this training, you must ask a professional (France Travail advisor, social worker, local mission representative, accommodation center manager, etc.) to complete this registration form.
