Learn French and get professional support

With Language and cultural springboard (mediation course) level B1.1

French courses tailored to your level and group workshops to help you succeed in your professional integration.

This free training course lasts 216 hours.

To participate, you must:
- be a woman
- have attended school for more than 10 years in your country of origin
- have qualifications or to have obtained diplomas in your country of origin
- have an A2+ level in spoken and written French
- have a residence permit authorizing them to work
- have signed the CIR (Republican Integration Contract) at the OFII
- live in Paris (or have a connection with Paris).

Please note that there are priority applications: women who have been in France for less than 5 years with a residence permit, women with dependent children or who are single parents.

Schedule: 14 hours per week for 4 days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Session 2: March 2 - July 3, 2026

Modules:

  • French as a foreign language: oral practice with actresses, tutoring with volunteers, independent learning with the Frello app
  • Integration through art: partnership with the Jeu de Paume and the Cité Audacieuse to develop mediation
  • 8 hours of individual follow-up: advice to continue learning French at level B1 and professional project.

Why is it interesting?

The training is conducted by professionals with different degrees and qualifications:

  • French as a Foreign Language (FLE) trainer
  • actors or actresses
  • museum lecturers
  • employment integration advisors.
You can prepare for the DELF exam B1 (diploma of studies in French language) during a DELF mock exam.

You can meet other women to discuss your difficulties in finding a job or training and to support each other.

Former students of this program return to the school to share their experiences and give advice.

  • Describe and explain a work of art with few words
  • Using art to regain your confidence.
You are taking part in the “Transmission” course with the Jeu de Paume .

You have the opportunity to do theater exercises with actors to:

  • improve your spoken French
  • learn to communicate better and integrate more easily.
