What is it?
The Mission Locale of Paris offers to 120 CIR (Republican Integration Contract) beneficiaries a personalized support program in order to:
- learn French: level test, research and guidance towards courses adapted to your needs
- be helped in your social and professional procedures: employment, housing, etc.
Why is it interesting?
You will know your level of French:
- Written assessment (writing and reading a text)
- Oral assessment (understanding and speaking)
- Talk about your background and your expectations
You participate in group workshops once or twice a week with a team of specialised volunteers:
- French conversation workshops
- Talking about everyday topics
- Have a good time in a group
Cultural outings are also organised throughout the year: visiting Parisian museums or going for urban walks.
A project manager and a professional integration advisor help you with all your daily difficulties:
- administrative
- health
- looking for a job or a training
- accommodation: referral to partners (social workers, young workers’ homes, etc.)
How to do it?
You can come and register on one of the Paris Local Mission sites (see the map below for addresses and opening hours), depending on the district in which you live.
