Where is it?

Use a notebook to take care of your paperwork

What is it?

My Recap is a customizable notebook to track your steps in different areas such as:

  • employment or training
  • health (medical appointments, etc.)
  • housing (rental, moving, etc.)
  • child care
  • ...and many more!

The goal is to help you organize yourself and find essential useful information: telephone number, date and place of appointment, identifiers and password, tracking of your journey, etc.

Your support person will give you this booklet (social worker, training or professional integration advisor, etc.). If you don't have one, you can ask them to order one for you, it's free.

Why is it interesting?

Mon Récap allows you to follow all your procedures in one place: CAF, RSA, scholarship, job search...

You can fill it according to your needs.

You can fill out the booklet alone or ask your guide for help.

You can find all the information about your journey in order not to lose or forget anything so that each appointment is a step towards your independence.

For example, you can write down contact details, appointment records, passwords or any other important details.

Thanks to Mon Récap, it is easier to explain the steps you are in to a support person.

You can share and use this notebook with everyone accompanying you: show it at the start of the appointment.

How to do it?

  • Take out the notebook at the start of the appointment: to show your social helper that you have the booklet with you and to take stock of the procedures in progress.
  • Use the notebook for appointments : do not hesitate to fill in or have your guide fill in the sections of the notebook (date and place of upcoming appointments, upcoming steps, people to contact, etc.)
  • Check your notebook at home: so you never forget any important information: useful numbers, identifiers, etc.
Don't hesitate to take out your notebook at each appointment and, if you wish, you can ask your support person to complete it!
