What is it?
This is a free training course to become a baker's helper.
Goals:
- Learn how to make French bread
- Learn about and comply with quality, hygiene and food safety procedures
- Develop communication skills and team spirit.
Why is it interesting?
Bakers are looking for people who know how to make bread.
This training allows you to easily find work in a sector in tension.
- Develop your professional skills: learning technical gestures, hygiene and food safety rules
- Visits to companies (mills, bakeries) and interventions by professionals (bakers, millers, suppliers).
- Learning in real-life conditions: bakery and real-life situations
- Immersion in a professional environment: 5 weeks' work experience in a company
