It is a non-degree training open to women to help them in their professional and social integration .

The objective is to be as independent as possible in your professional life and to successfully integrate into a company or an association.

There are two training sessions per year (spring and fall).

To participate in the program, you must:
- have at least A1 level oral and written
- be a refugee or beneficiary of subsidiary protection
- have a valid residence permit application.

Why is it interesting?

  • Learn basic vocabulary for daily and professional life
  • Be more comfortable speaking and writing (conversation workshops).

  • Discovery and practice of digital technology (computer, smartphone)
  • Know how to go to useful websites (Pôle emploi, CAF, etc.).

  • Learn the values of the republic and French culture
  • Participate in cultural outings.

  • Participate in targeted workshops based on your needs (highlight your skills, discover the job market, organize your job search, etc.)
  • Do an internship in a company or association

At the end of the training and depending on your professional project, it is possible to complete an internship in a company or in an association to put your knowledge into practice.

Individual meetings are organized to take stock of your training course and your professional orientation.

Calendar of upcoming training courses:

  • Autumn: from 09/17/2024 - 10/12/2024
  • Spring: from February 2025

21 sessions, every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Registration required 1 month before the start of the training.
