CeCler depuis 27 ans accompagne des sans-abris, femmes victimes de violence, réfugiés, mineurs étrangers non accompagnés et demandeurs d'asile dans le Puy-de-Dôme, 750 places d'hébergement avec une équipe de 125 professionnels et 200 bénévoles et mécènes.
