What is it?
RéAGIR is the Global and Individualized Support Network for Refugees.
It is a program that helps refugees build a career path and find a job. There are several steps:
• Individual employability meeting
• Assessment of professional capacities
• Skills development (French, mathematics and digital, intercultural, social and civic, professional and entrepreneurial)
• Professional training
• Help to find a job.
Why is it interesting?
Each candidate is supported by an adviser, who helps them build a personalized course according to their profile and objectives.
The programme is accessible in 7 departments of Nouvelle-Aquitaine: Charente, Charente Maritime, Dordogne, Gironde, Landes, Lot et Garonne, Pyrénées Atlantiques
We work with companies and public services that are specialists in professional integration (such as AFPA, CLAP and GEIQ...).
