It is a national device of the MISSION LOCALE which helps young people (between 16 and 25 years old) to define a professional project and to find work. This device is called the PACEA: Contractualized path of support towards employment and autonomy.

It is an individualized and contractualized accompaniment between a young person and the MISSION LOCALE.

For each young person who enters this scheme, the MISSION LOCALE accompanies him/her in a personalized way and helps him/her to find a job. Depending on the situation and the needs, it is possible to have a financial allowance (497€ maximum if the young person does not receive other aids).

Why is it interesting?

An integration counselor accompanies you throughout your journey

You will have the possibility of carrying out immersions in business for a discovery of the trades, the confirmation of your professional project or even before a recruitment.

You will be able to access many job offers from our partner companies.

You can be put in touch with partners in health, housing, citizenship...

Occasional aid can be granted to support you in your efforts.

How to do it?

Before any entry into PACEA or any orientation towards a partner, an initial diagnosis (carried out between the adviser and the young person) makes it possible to identify the situation, the requests, the needs or the expectations of the young person as well as the skills acquired.

The conclusions of this initial diagnosis are intended to be enriched throughout the course of the young person in PACEA, thanks to the actions mobilized by the adviser and his partners.

After the first interview, the young person and the adviser then have one month to contract a support course.

The commitment of young people in the PACEA is materialized by the signing with the MISSION LOCALE of a contract for the Contractualized support course towards employment and autonomy (PACEA Parcours d'Accompagnement Contractualisé vers l'Emploi et l'Autonomie)
