Become a building maintenance worker
What is it?
This certifying training of 835 hours minimum prepares you for the Level 3 Building Maintenance Ingeneer Professional Title (French "CAP" equivalent).
Good to know: The building maintenance ingeneer carries out routine multi-technical maintenance tasks inside buildings. He/She operates in offices/buildings open to the public (ERP). This requires a permanent "prevention reflex" on his/her part with regard to the protection of people during and after his intervention.

Your training as a Building Maintenance Ingeneer allows you to know the basics in plumbing, electricity and maintenance of facilities.
You will spend most of your time in the workshop. Two internship periods are also included to gain professional experience.
